The metrics we measure include Character Development, Mentor Connections, and Employment. Although we offer the poor and homeless piece-meal work in our Worth-Shop, it is only a stepping stone and testing ground for long term employment in the community.
Self-sufficiency and God-Dependency are our long term goals. Our staff works as a team to evaluate each resident for long term employment readiness.
